my mom has been trying to resolve a computer game issue with Targer for the past 15 months. Her common result is that someone will get back to her in a couple of days. I personnaly spent 15 minutes just trying to find the customer service number for Target from Target.com. There response..."someone will get to her in the next couple of days". The issue started 15 months ago when my mom baught a video game for my fathers computer. When she downloaded the game my father's computer crashed (which it had never done before). She tried to return the game, but it was opened, and the game had been RECALLED!! See a problem there??? Target has been giving her the run around since that time.
