Time for clarification folks. If you’re fumbling in your bag and manage to get your key tether stuck in the zipper of the organizational panel, there’s no need to contact us for a new bag. This is NOT a warranty issue, it’s user error. If Dubbya gets his junk stuck in his zipper, it’s not the fault of the Mens Warehouse.

Please please please! I loved your yoga bag, but it got a tear. I returned it for a credit, but yoga bags are no longer available. They are the BEST.
