Programmer number 1.

NOPA (the 'hood) is not a new thing. It may even have been 20 years now since the real estate peeps first coined the term. As 12 year resident of NOPA (the 'hood) I can tell you it's been called that as long as I've been there. The Nimby organization for the 'hood is even named NOPNA and has been in existence since '91.

Now NOPA (the restaurant) in NOPA (the 'hood) is just celebrating it's 2 years sometime soon and seems to have brought the no-man's-land between Divis and Masonic-- Fell and McCallister to world attention... or at least the attention of the NY Times and the best part is that it technically is not even in the 'hood.

So let's just focus on the 16th and Alabama problem- shall we?
