Is there any chance that you are going to make panniers? Or a pannier conversion set?

e.g. so I can attach my Medium Outtawhack Day Pack to a bike frame?

Or do you know anyone who does makes something that does that?

I second the motion for a Timbuk2 pannier set. After seeing your new seat bag, it got me thinking.

And after 4+ years of loving my medium messenger bag, I know I would love (and need some) Timbuk2 panniers.

(Or how about a conversion kit to attach the messenger bag?)

Programmer #1/Cyberdyne T-1000,

Thank you. I choose to carry my laptop, charger and box of business cards in my arms until the new Commute comes out. Kind of a hassle while paying for coffee, but next to the new Commute's naughty little back zippered compartment, it's the easiest way to unload my stuff in security.
