One of my pockets on my last diaper bag just broke cause I was stuffing cell phone, wallet, etc. Most moms don't carry a purse AND a diaper bag, they need an all in one, so keep up the amazing ideas! I'm equally naive to the whole baby thing/diaper bag needs. If you want a messenger style diaper bag, why don't you pull out the laptop compartment of a large commute and stuff some diapers in it and call it good?
