
we have been lax on our blogging over here at T2HQ. in an effort toward motivation, i wore the shirt today. and instead of an actual post, i will run through some of the things i thought about blogging over the last week but didn’t.
in a post titled “How To Do Customer Service” someone, who i will refer to as the mudflap, decided they liked our confirmation email that goes out after you buy something. “The email I received confirming my order was fun irreverent and got me off on a good foot with the company.” .. yeah!
which is nice news since the last few weeks have been a little tough on our service department. customers can not find their orders! who knew ups tracking was used by so many people? makes me think i should have spent more than 5 minutes making that page.

up and coming news on the website proper, we heard your requests, and are launching larger product photos for you to geek out on. if someone would like to throw us a party to welcome us to this decade, we’re up for it.
look for the larger images to start appearing with our new fall 2008 products around july 1.
