I recently took all the women in my life to Europe for a vacation and alloted them one lex pack each for all their luggage needs. My daughters are 9 – 13 years old, so it was quite a feat that they lugged their own stuff. They were stars on the streets of Budapest.

I travel almost every weekend and generally follow the onebag philosophy whether I am away for 3 days or 3 months. I’ve owned timbuk2 messenger bags before and have been impressed with the build quality and design. How was travelling with a lex? Was it comfortable to carry around all day? Was accessing the contents of your bag difficult? Do you have any tips/comments on whether this would make a good small travelling bag?
