‘Tis the Season to Share the Love

    To Whom it May Concern:

Hello, my name is Carlos A, and I love your Timbuk2 messenger bags. I am on my second one. This year I upgraded to a size XL. My first bag size large is now a bag for my tools, it is still in working order.

I am writing to let you know something that happened to me with your bag last night. . . So I packed up my things after a long day of work. And as I was putting my items away in the inside pocket the zipper closed and caught the red key strap. The key strap was not letting me open the zipper, so I could not get into my apartment building. Eventually someone left the apartment house and I was able to get, find my landlord and borrow some pliers. The end result was not pretty; I had to cut the red strap in order to be able to open up the zipper. In the process I bent some teeth on the zipper as well.

While I realize taking some pliers to my bag most likely voids any warranty, I just wanted to share this story with you guys at Timbuk2. Maybe you could help me out if your hearts desire. I want to commend the company for its awesome bag design over the years and the quality of product that you have put out. The zipper was not easy to get at, even with two pliers and elbow grease. Thank you for your time and I hope you enjoyed my story of sorts.

    Sincerely yours, Carlos A
