Ass Kicking Fabric

T2’s corporate sales dominater and serious spiritual leader, Taska, has landed T2 in the ring. No not this ring, this ring. Taska has been working with Fairtex, a local Kickboxing gym, on getting T2 fabric scraps to fill their punching bags. It’s a killer way to keep our scraps from going to a landfill.

Taska has coordinated with Nissa Miko Zbiczak, Fairtex’s Director of Customer Relations, to position a bin in T2’s SF factory next to the fabric cutting tables. T2’s cutters fill the bin with fabric scraps -> Fairtex picks up the bin once a week -> and the scraps find a new home in Fairtex’s punching bags. It’s just so easy!

Cheers to Taska for getting Timbuk2’s ass kicked in a really positive way. Have other ideas on how we can turn our waste into something productive? Let’s hear ‘em.
