Hello, I’m Tae and I’m going to start blogging…..

I’m Tae Kim and I run the design side of Timbuk2. I am going to start posting more design stuff on our blog. Hope to show you more about how design works at timbuk2. To start it off, here’s some pictures from my design trip to Amsterdam for New Years. Went there to check out bikes, bags and people. Enjoy!!!

Tae,

Where is the custom bag that will not only hold my laptop, but will also accomodate my Wacom (and pen, mouse, pen holder)? As much as I would enjoy carrying two bags with my everywhere, I am seeing a design opportunity that nobody is addressing. I could probably upgrade my Commute OG one day to a Commute ‘08/09 and place my Curly Q sleeve in it, but I still will not have specific pockets for my pen, mouse, and pen holder. Talk to me.
