San Francisco was recently named the third best American city for cycling according to a Huffington Post survey. Portland and Seattle topped our fine city; we still have better weather. I wonder if San Francisco’s 45 Bike Network Improvement Projects will help us reach the Portland/Seattle biking glory we all seek?
