I believe strongly in the quality of Timbuk2. I live in Tucson, Arizona where it is sunny 275 (if not more) days a year. I'm a college student and want one so I can charge my phone or Ipod while I'm riding my bike. I think the solar panel needs to be moved down closer to the bottom of the flap; so it gets more visibility form the sun while wearing it. I would use bags solar capabilities while riding, rather than take the flap off and set it up. There is another company here in tucson "global solar" that is already making flexible panels for another bag company. I won't buy any thing but Timbuk2 or patagonia.
