Three Pounds of Chihuahua

Today we have a teacup Chihuahua in our presence. Jack is a rescue dog and weighs a whopping three pounds but walks and talks like he weighs 30. Sometimes size doesn’t matter . . . Jack in his penthouse. Big dogs are not welcome.
