According to Bicycling Magazine, San Francisco is the sixth bike-friendliest city in the country. Minneapolis (!!) holds the top rank followed by the standards Portland, Boulder and Seattle. Today we have a teacup Chihuahua in our presence. Jack is a rescue dog and weighs a whopping three pounds but walks and talks like he weighs 30. Sometimes size doesn’t matter . . . Jack in his penthouse. Big dogs are not welcome.
