I’m loving art and loving Market Street lately. A couple of weeks ago, I found myself at the second round of Art in Storefronts. The program is run by the San Francisco Arts Commission and its mission is to help revitalize the Mid-Market area through public art. The show included several murals and street sculptures such as the one above by Karen Cusolito. It also featured art installations in empty storefronts which were all quite cool. I particularly enjoyed this one by Alexis Arnold that highlighted bicycle (and theft) culture on Market Street.

And naturally, I also spotted a few of those art-loving people sporting Timbuk2 bags. Such as this one, which had a cool bicycle-shaped key ring:
