If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship of your Timbuk2 product (gasp!), you can file a claim by completing Timbuk2's warranty repair claim. If your product meets Timbuk2's warranty policy, we will repair your bag. If your Timbuk2 product is damaged during a normal or abnormal adventure, you will not qualify for a warranty replacement, but you will have epic stories to tell your friends. See if you qualify for a Timbuk2 warranty repair and contact warranty@timbuk2.com.

Please note that we also have a handful of non-Timbuk2 manufactured products, such as Blue Bottle and New Balance shoes, included on the website. While we love these products and think they’re awesome, they’re not covered under our lifetime warranty.

Comments about Catapult Cycling Messenger Bag:

Takes a few tries to figure out how to put it on. Once on, it rides in a stable manner. Despite its apparent diminutive size it holds a lot. Pockets fairly well thought out.

Comments about Catapult Cycling Messenger Bag:

I have been searching for the perfect messenger bag for years, and I always come back to Timbuk2 or Chrome. The Catapult bag nearly hit the mark -- great strap length, very comfortable, small enough not to get in the way (though large enough to keep it well away from man-purse territory), and nice urban styling. If the bag were just a bit bigger (i.e. deeper -- I have the medium bag, which interestingly is deeper than the large bag), I have would have rated it 5 out of 5 stars. Still, you can never go wrong with Timbuk2, and this bag is no exception.

Comments about Catapult Cycling Messenger Bag:

Great for cycling! A little too small sometimes when I need to carry just a little more stuff. It generally holds everything I need; the minimal. It does not have much organization and lacks compartments. It really lacks a water bottle holder which made give up one star. Other than that, I'm satisfied with it's tight size and minimal everyday carry type.

Comments about Catapult Cycling Messenger Bag:

I've worn it in public carrying all of my basic gear as well as throwing some stuff I bought in there, and it was great and has remained comfortable throughout entire days of use. I have not loaded it heavily, but that's not the point of the bag for me; it is an excellent minimal carry bag that is at the very least water resistant, has very easy access to it's many pockets, and it feels like it is going to last awhile. For the price I paid, it has been well worth it.

Comments about Catapult Cycling Messenger Bag:

I bought it for my daily use and also for short cycling trip.
Enough room for daytrip with a compact camera which is nice. i can just throw the cam in the padded pocket with no worries of shock and damage.

the plastic clip on the end of the strap seems a bit too weak. but not damage yet.

Comments about Catapult Cycling Messenger Bag:

This bag was a gift for my nephew. He was over the moon about it. He is an artist, and we filled it with some simple things like a sketch pad and some pens and pencils. He couldn't stop putting it over his shoulder, and opening and closing it. My only small complaint is that there are not a few slots for pens and pencils on one of the inside pockets. He didn't care, but as we were putting it together for him, a place for pens would have been nice.

Comments about Catapult Cycling Messenger Bag:

This bag is the perfect messenger-type bag for me. I have a small frame, so wanted something that would not be too bulky, but distributes weight evenly across my back. The medium in this is perfect--the bag wraps perfectly across my back and carries my wallet, 0.75 L water bottle, riding gloves, a Luna bar and extra layer. There are several pockets to help keep things organized, but not too many to constrict the main compartment. It would not fit a laptop comfortably, but I got it with work-free use in mind, so it's perfect for me!
