Print your “Recycle Email” confirmation. Send it to Timbuk2 along with the product you want to have donated along with a break-up with your bag letter. If you don't receive this email please contact Customerservice@timbuk2.com.
The recycling email contains your recycling ID number on it. Please write your number on the box! Failure to write your recycle number on the box will result in processing delays.
Make sure the product is clean and that you've removed all personal belongings.

We recommend shipping your Timbuk2 product back to us with UPS, FedEx or Airborne Express to ensure proper tracking. We will not be responsible for packages lost in the mail. Also, we do not cover return shipping charges.
It usually takes us 3-5 business days to process a recycling claim.
