Return Instructions: What to do next

  1. You will receive an email with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a full copy of the instructions below. Once you receive this email,

  2. Write your RMA Number on the outside of the return shipping box or bag. The top of your email Return Summary page has your RMA number on it. Please write your RMA number on the bag or box! Failure to write your RMA number on the box will result in processing delays or items being returned unprocessed.

  3. Remove your stuff: Make sure the product is clean, unused, and in sellable condition and that you've removed all personal belongings.

  4. Return your item: Return your product to the following address:

    You can drop off your item at a Timbuk2 Branded store, along with your RMA number, and they can return the item for you.

    If you do need to ship your item back to us, we recommend shipping your Timbuk2 product back via UPS, FedEx or USPS with a service that provides you with a tracking number to ensure proper proof of delivery. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

    Please note we do not cover return shipping costs or provide a ship tag label. Based on your choice when setting up the RMA, we process any refunds or merchandise credit, it can take up to 7-10 business days to process. You will receive an email once the return process has commenced.
