Bare minimum bag

Pros

  • Attractive Design
  • Lightweight
  • Nice Size For Business

Cons

  • Flimsy Construction
  • No Zippered Area
  • Poor Internal Layout
  • Too Large Area Comp Area

Best Uses

  • Business Traveling

Not overly impressed with this bag. Lightweight, and good for business travel, but not the most hardy feeling bag. Computer area was large; no straps to compress my 13" macbook. Feels flimsy and cheap. the front latch never holds. I think they're discontinuing the bag - smart choice.

Great Bag

By JH

Pros

  • Adequate Capacity

  • Great Size For Work
  • Quality Construction
  • Well Organized Inside

Cons

    Best Uses

This bag is a great size and style for work. It's a nice blend of nicer/more structured than a typical messanger bag, but not as formal as a briefcase. I commute on the Metro in DC and this bag holds my food, ipod, books, work documents, etc. perfectly.

The only addition I think would make the bag better would be a clear business card sized pocket. Possibly on the inside of the black flap. It would be nice to have some ID on the bag incase I left it somewhere.

I was excited to get this product to protect my phone and be able to use it, and carry ID and a credit card while biking. I was very disappointed to discover there was no way to use my headphones while my phone was in the wallet. I suppose that it would be impossible to have headphone ports in all the different places that they could be on different phones. Perhaps it would be better if phone specific versions were made?

My 15+ year old Eagle Creek briefcase was falling apart and with my laptop a quarter of the size of the one I originally bought the old briefcase for, it was time to upgrade. I was a little dubious about getting all of my stuff to fit in this case, but I found a place for nearly everything and it works great. I love being able to pick it up by the handle without having to close and buckle a flap (that was the deal with my old bc). My only complaint is that the outside pockets with the flap are a little tight to get my hand in and it's hard to see stuff in there. (That's the reason behind 4 stars instead of 5 and my "poor internal layout" comment. All other internal organization is adequate.) But the size and the organization for everything else makes it worth it.

Lots of room for papers and books in main compartment; convenient separate slot for computer. Doesn't look bulgy even when full. Really like the tweedy grey/black combo.

The larger droid size fits my Iphone 4s with an Element carbon fiber case perfectly! The Iphone version is too small to have the phone in a case of any kind.

              • Not Headphone Friendly

              Best Uses

              • Leisurely Jog

I use the product to take my phone out on a jog a few times a week.
The wallet fits the bill in that if fits my iPhone 4s comfortably and provides protection against sweat and inadvertent drops .. (yes i am clumsy...)

I am not super confident about the card holding - i am constantly checking to make sure they dont slide out when i am jogging. this will subside as i keep on using it (am a little paranoid...)

The only gripe i really have is that there is no provision to connect a pair of headphones to the phone... A blue tooth adapter solved that.

Overall good fit and apparent quality - am satisfied with the purchase
