Jodi Terwilliger

Jodi F. Terwilliger is an artist, director and designer living in Brooklyn, NY. A designer living in the world of print and motion design, he founded the firm Hired Goons in 2005 and in the interest of disposability, promptly closed it in 2006. His design work has won numerous awards and has been featured in many books, magazines and other publications and has traveled in exhibitions both Stateside, and Internationally. Recently his collaboration with director/ photographer Laurie Simmons, and cinematographer Ed Lachman (The Limey, The Virgin Suicides) premiered at the MOMA in New York and can currently be seen at the Tate in London.

At the moment he is opening a studio under the guise of a fake designer who's allegedly from Italy, named Stefano Dembro. He likes to do ridiculous and strange work that doesn't normally fit with client projects, so that's what he does during every free waking moment. Work that's either based on dreams or nightmares, or simply comes from the garbage lying around the studio. It's all fair game, and there's a tongue-in-cheek aspect to everything he does.
