Factory Visits
We receive numerous requests for factory tours, and we love showing off what we do when we have time. Unfortunately, operating the factory keeps us all very busy, so we can't accommodate drop-in visits. Also, we don't sell bags at our factory. If you want to see some of our bags in person, we hope you'll visit one of our local retailers. You can find the one closest to you by using our online Retailer Locator.
If you'd like to inquire about our products or an order you placed, or if you'd like to return a product, please first visit our customer service pages. If you don't find the answer you're looking for online, send us an e-mail. We'd love to hear from you!
