What happens if I want to change my order after its been placed?

That depends. If you ordered a custom-made bag through the Bag Builder then we can't change your order once you've placed it. And we can't take it back. It's final sale only on custom-made bags-no returns. If you ordered a regular, non-custom-made bag, and we haven't yet shipped it to you, we'll do our best to handle the change. If we have shipped it, you can always return your bag and order a new one. As long as you do it within 30 days. To try to stop or change an order, e-mail changeorder@timbuk2.com with your order number, last name, and specific changes that you want made. Make sure the subject line reads "Change Order". Like we said, we'll do our best!

When will I get my bag delivered?

Expect your order to take 2 to 5 business days to be produced and shipped. Shipping times will vary based on the delivery method you select in the checkout. We offer UPS Overnight, UPS Second Day, and UPS Ground.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Timbuk2.com accepts the following payment options:

We are unable to accept checks, cash, or credit vouchers.

Am I getting a good deal on shipping charges?

If you're one of the 13 people out there who are really thinking long and hard about why our shipping costs are what they are, here's the deal: We ship a lot of boxes each day, and because of this our shipper gives us discounts. Not the kind of discounts that a company like Amazon.com gets, but come on. They ship a LOT more than we do, and their average box is smaller than our average box. But a discount is a discount no matter what, and you can bet your arse we're passing that savings on to you, not making profit on it. You're welcome.

What kind of shipping options do you offer for Alaska and Hawaii?

We will ship your order by UPS, that's the best we can do.

How do I track my order?

In your shipment confirmation email, we have provided you with an order tracking link that'll take you right where you want to go. Or, you can try our online order tracking.

Can I return products that I order from timbuk2.com?

The short answer is: yes, as long as it's not a custom made bag. Please read our returns policy and process page for details.
