How do I order a bag if the Bag Builder isn't working?

If for some reason the Bag Builder is not working, don't panic. We pre-date e-commerce by about 10 years, so just breath deeply, count to ten and relax. You have a couple of options.

First, you can e-mail your order to customerservice@timbuk2.com and one of our customer service reps will get in touch with you. Second, if you feel like braving the harsh reality of the physical world, you can use our retailer locator to find a store near you. However, retailers offer a tiny fraction of the 143 million bags offered through the Bag Builder.
