We stand behind the legendary quality of all of our bags and accessories. But we also stand behind the beautiful unpredictability of life. If there's a defect with the materials or workmanship of your Timbuk2 product, we'll issue you a merchandise credit to buy a new product from our website. Anytime, anywhere, no hassles. If your Timbuk2 product is otherwise damaged in the course of normal (or abnormal) wear and tear, you may not qualify for our warranty replacement, but we're sure you've got a great story to go along with the marks.

Warranty Policy Details

Once we receive your product and warranty form, we will evaluate the claim. Warranties usually take 7-10 business days to process. If the claim meets our guidelines, we will replace your product. Product replacements will be fulfilled by sending store credit which can be used at www.timbuk2.com. Note that we may no longer offer the exact product that you return.

You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs. We highly recommend using a service like UPS or FedEx which will give you a tracking number. We take no responsibility for bags lost in transit. We cannot process your warranty until we receive your product.

Returning a Bag On Warranty

If you think you qualify for a warranty return, please open a warranty claim using this form.

Once we review your warranty request and we find that your bag defect fits our warranty conditions, we will refund you via merchandise credit through email, so be sure to include a valid email address.

Oh, one more thing. We don't do bag repairs.

We recommend visiting your local dry cleaner or tailor for repairs to stitching. We do, however, offer replacement parts in our catalog for those broken and missing reflectors, buckles, key tethers, and straps.
