We stand behind the legendary quality of all our bags & accessories.
But we also stand behind the beautiful unpredictability of life. If there's a defect with the materials or workmanship of your Timbuk2 product, we'll repair your bag and send it back on our dime. If a repair isn't possible a store credit will be issued for a replacement (shipping and taxes not included in credit).
If your Timbuk2 product is otherwise damaged in the course of normal (or abnormal) wear and tear, you may not qualify for our warranty replacement, but we're sure you've got a great story to go along with the marks. If your bag doesn't qualify we'll send it back on our dime. Not sure if you qualify? Send a couple pictures to customerservice@timbuk2.com and we'll take a look.
Warranty Policy Details
Once we receive your product and warranty form, we will evaluate the claim. Warranties usually take 5-10 business days to process. If the claim meets our guidelines, we will either repair or replace your product. Please note that we may no longer offer the exact product that you return, and if a replacement credit is issued you will NOT get your bag back.
We do recommend using a service like UPS or FedEx which will give you a tracking number. Once your bag is safely in our hands the warranty process will begin.
Returning a Bag on Warranty
If you think you qualify for a warranty return, please open a warranty claim using this form.
We recommend visiting your local dry cleaner or tailor for repairs to stitching and zipper fixes. We do, however, offer replacement parts on our website for those broken and missing reflectors, buckles, and straps.
