Warranty Returns

Once we review your warranty request and we find that your bag defect fits our warranty conditions, we will decide to repair or refund you via merchandise credit at our discretion. So be sure to include a valid email address and return shipping information.

To open a warranty claim, please fill in the form below and press submit. You will be issued a Warranty Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and details about where to send your claim.
