Because all emails are answered by our Customer Service team you will only need to email one email address. Some email providers (e.g AOL, Hotmail, Gmail, Earthlink) provide strict spam filters which block our responses from customer service. If you have a school or business email address we prefer that you use it. If you use one of these services and you do not see your confirmation email within 20 minutes, please check your spam folder.
*NOTE. We do not promise to fulfill every request to change an order. It all depends on our workload, the amount of coffee we’ve consumed and when you placed your order. Please read the FAQ concerning requests to change orders.
