What happens if I want to change my order after its been placed?

That depends. If you ordered a custom-made bag through the Bag Builder then we can’t change your order once you’ve placed it. And we can’t take it back. It’s final sale only on custom-made bags-no returns. If you ordered a regular, non-custom-made bag, and we haven’t yet shipped it to you, we’ll do our best to handle the change. If we have shipped it, you can always return your bag and order a new one. As long as you do it within 30 days. To try to stop or change an order, e-mail changeorder@timbuk2.com with your order number, last name, and specific changes that you want made. Make sure the subject line reads “Change Order”. Like we said, we’ll do our best!
