Shipping Rates and Information
Free Shipping on Orders Over $75
August 19 - September 1, orders over $75 will receive free ground shipping in the continental United States. Customers are to enter, “AugShip” (case sensitive) at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders are fulfilled and out the door in up to 3 business days. It all depends on how many orders are in line in front of yours. If you selected an expedited shipping method like 2nd day or next day air, your order will ship with in 1 or 2 business days. Business means Monday through Friday and excludes most US holidays, just in case you didn’t know. Now you do. FYI - Custom bags do not require any additional processing time.

We ship via UPS. Shipping charges are determined by the subtotal of your order.

Orders shipping via Ground take 2 to 5 business days to be processed and 2 to 7 business days in transit. Long story short: most folks on the West Coast get their stuff in 3-5 business days and you East Coasters usually get your stuff in 5-7 business days.

Orders shipping via 2 day or next day ship from our warehouse in 1 to 2 business days and take 1 to 2 business days in transit depending on your selection.
*Bag in a Box orders are shipped under the second tier regardless of quantity ordered.

Replacement Parts
We offer a reduced shipping rate for replacement part orders. All replacement parts ship via United States Postal Service, and take 5-7 business days for delivery. Shipping within the US is $2.50 for the first piece, and $0.50 for each additional piece. Shipping outside of the US is $7.00 for the first piece, and $1.00 for each additional piece.
