Shipping Rates and Information
Our Big Move (February 12 – 15)
Timbuk2’s office and factory are in the process of moving (down the street). As a result, our office and factory will be closed Friday, February 12 – Monday, February 15. During this time all ready-made orders will be processed and shipped regularly, but no custom orders will be built or shipped. Production and shipment of custom orders will resume Wednesday, February 17.
When Will My Order Ship?
- Orders shipped US ground or international are shipped 4 – 6 days after the order is placed.
- Orders shipped 2-day or next day are shipped 1 – 2 days after the order is placed, depending on what time the order was placed.
The exact timing of shipment all depends on how many orders are in line in front of yours. Oh and just to be super clear, “business,” means Monday through Friday and excludes most US holidays.

We ship via UPS. Shipping charges are determined by the subtotal of your order.

Orders shipping via Ground take 2 to 5 business days to be processed and 2 to 7 business days in transit. Long story short: most folks on the West Coast get their stuff in 3-5 business days and you East Coasters usually get your stuff in 5-7 business days.

Orders shipping via 2 day or next day ship from our warehouse in 1 to 2 business days and take 1 to 2 business days in transit depending on your selection.
*Bag in a Box orders are shipped under the second tier regardless of quantity ordered.

Replacement Parts
We offer a reduced shipping rate for replacement part orders. All replacement parts ship via United States Postal Service, and take 5-7 business days for delivery. Shipping within the US is $2.50 for the first piece, and $0.50 for each additional piece. Shipping outside of the US is $7.00 for the first piece, and $1.00 for each additional piece.
