Timbuk2 products have a lifetime guarantee; we stand behind the legendary quality and craftsmanship of all our products.
But we also embrace the wild, twisty ways of life. If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship of your Timbuk2 product (gasp!), a store credit will be issued for a replacement product (shipping and taxes not included in credit). Timbuk2′s Lifetime Guarantee does not cover the contents of your bag. If your Timbuk2 product is damaged during normal or abnormal adventure, you will not qualify for a warranty replacement, but you will have epic stories to tell your friends.

Warranty Policy DetailsOnce we receive your product and warranty form, we will evaluate the claim. Warranty claims can take up to 7-10 business days to process. If the claim meets our guidelines, we will replace your product. You will receive an email with a new store credit code to be used online at timbuk2.com or at our Timbuk2 retail store here in San Francisco. Please note that we may no longer offer the exact product that you return, and if a replacement credit is issued you will NOT get your bag back.
When sending your bag to use for a warranty claim we do recommend using a service like UPS or FedEx which will give you a tracking number. Once your bag is safely in our hands the warranty process will begin.
Returning a Bag On WarrantyIf you think you qualify for a warranty return, please open a warranty claim using our warranty claim form. For repairs to stitching or zippers we recommend visiting your local dry cleaner or tailor. We do, however, offer replacement parts on our website for those broken and missing reflectors, buckles, and straps.
