Thank-you for taking part in Timbuk2's Life Cycle Program:  http://lifecycle.timbuk2.com/

  1. Print your “RECYCLE Email” confirmation.  If you don't receive an email please contact customerservice@timbuk2.com.

  2. The Recycle email has your  Request ID number in the subjectline. Please write the number emailed to you on the box. This number will start with a W-XXXXXX. Failure to write your this number on the box will result in processing delays. 

  3. Make sure the product is clean and that you've removed all personal belongings. Please keep in mind that Califonia State Law requires that all items accepted to be freshly cleaned. You wouldn't want to dig through someone else's dirty bag, would you? So, please help us keep a safe and healthy environment for our employees.

  4. Ship your product to the following address:

    We recommend shipping your Timbuk2 product back to us with UPS, FedEx or Airborne Express to ensure proper tracking. We will not be responsible for packages lost in the mail. Also, we do not cover the shipping to Timbuk2, but we cover all repair costs and shipping your product back to you.
