Warranty & Repair FAQ

What is covered by the warranty?

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are covered, notwithstanding age. If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship we will repair the bag at our discretion.
*If your product arrived defective from please email Customer Service and we'll move mountains to right your wrong.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Damages not covered are those resulting from abuse, normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues that do not affect the functionality of the bag, and accidental damage. Any damage to or loss of contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses are not covered.  Unless a product is designed and stated to be machine washable, washing bags in washing machines can result in damage not covered by our warranty.

Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your bag, it will eventually begin to show age and wear. Usual wear and tear not covered by the lifetime warranty includes changes in color, abrasions, and general breakdown of materials over time.  Some examples of common wear and tear include color fading from sun exposure, worn elastic, and fabric wear, especially in high wear areas such as corners, reflective binding, worn velcro, and worn shoulder or back padding. Some examples of accidential damage are rips or cuts in fabric, animals chewing or clawing on our products, as well as damage arising from airline abuse such as bent or dented luggage handles or damaged/cracked wheels & bottomplates.

What products aren’t covered by your fabulous warranty?

Any headwear, apparel or footwear. Third party attachments and or devices like the Joey power packs or NiteIze blinky lights, or Blue bottle kit accessories like scales, grinders, or cups. Mini Ramble Pack Carbon Coated

The actual size is 13 in high , works for carrying i pad mini up to the 9 in i pads . Love the fact that its lightweight, and can hold up against a heavy down pour of rain. I carry a change of clothing,a snack, wallet,i phone 6s plus, meds, and some small items, travel hair brush, ect. I am 5'6 retired walks with a cane. the bag is just the size backpack I have been looking for I brought for traveling light. But will use to run errands around town.Note if you put a change of clothing in the bag, you can not put a light jacket in as well it is one or the other. This bag works for me for what I need it to do. Thank you Timbuck 2 for coming up with a small backpack.

Great fabric, small bag big functionality

If you are looking for a small simple backpack the Mini ramble works well. I'm a slim 5'6 dude, and this bag is small on my frame, so if you like small bags or have a smaller frame it will work for you. I like this stylish bag, the small pockets on the outside are kind of quirky. The larger pocket on the bottom could be used for your cell phone, the other two pockets could hold your keys and the velcro little pocket can hold your wallet (unless you are George Costanza) The carbon coated fabric looks like a waxed canvas, but it has a smoother appearance and texture. Over time it will probably not really age or crease like cotton waxed canvases. But it looks and feels pretty durable without looking too synthetic. The water bottle pockets on the sides are kind of small, so you can only use slimmer water bottles, no huge 2 liter nalgenes.

A water repellent upgrade to the standard Ramble

This coated Ramble pack is a big step up from the standard Ramble. The material is much more water repellent and is much easier to keep clean. All you have to do is wipe it down with a wet rag to keep it looking new. The aquaguard rubber coated out zipper makes the outer pocket much more resilient for everyday use. It is a shame that it doesn't have a way to add a sternum strap. I also wish that the interior was brighter and the organization area on the inside had a zip pocket for storage. This pack will be perfect for park picnics with all of its outer pocket organization and easy cleaning after sitting in the dust/grass.

Very nice pack - love the material

The material looks much more expensive than the actual cost. Like the simple and modern design. Good padding on the back All-in-all a good looking pack at a great value.

Stylish pack

This backpack is very light weight and very stylish. It can fit lunch and a book. In addition to the main pocket, it has a lot of mini pockets. As a busy mom who needs to run errands on my way home, this bag is a little too small for me.

Small Pack Good for Casual Wear

This pack fits my 11" laptop, and has some good organization. It's good for the minimalist that isn't looking to carry too much - but wants to stay organized. It's too small and stiff for my taste - the Ramble Pack (larger version) could be better if you have more things to carry, plan on running errands, or want easier access to pockets. The carbon coated material looks great - and love the secret stash pocket on the back panel!
