Comments about the Raider Pack
This beautiful, light pack is my 10th-ish Timbuk2 bag. I swear by these bags, but I'm picky, and won't buy any new model. I got this bag because I wanted a sporty bag I could use for the gym and on excursions - day hikes, concerts, and the like, and it's PERFECT for those things. When I use the bag for the gym, I can easily fit tennis shoes, a change of clothes, a few snacks, my water bottle, wallet, keys, and even a book or my laptop. It does not keep stuff that are wet or dry separated, so it's not ideal for swim days, but even so, a bag within a bag works well! On the weekends, I throw my wallet, keys, jacket, and some snacks/water in, and I'm all set for a hike or an excursion. This bag isn't water proof, so I got one of those rain sleeves. It is super light, mostly because it doesn't have the stitching/structure most Timbuk2 bags have. If you're looking for a "sturdy" type of bag - this isn't it. This is a lightweight tRavel bag. I do wish there was a wet/dry compartment or at least some kind of zippered pocket inside, but this bag has been pleasant to use so far!
