Step 01

FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

Filing a claim allows you to inform us of all the details and areas that your bag needs to have repaired to get it back into working order.

Step 02

WE REVIEW YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM

After you file a repair claim you will receive an email notification that we have received your claim. Our warranty team will review your claim and inform you of the next course of action. In the case where a repair can be made or we need to review the bag in person, our team will request that you ship the bag to our repair center.

Step 03

EVALUATION & REPAIR

Once your item arrives at our repair center, our repair team will review your bag once more within 2-3 business days to confirm the damage and warranty coverage. If the repair is approved, please allow approximately 6 to 10 weeks to complete the repair process.
