First off, let me say I love this bag and use it between four and seven days every week. My chief complaint is the strap. A bag this size, that's designed for carrying serious cargo, is bound to be heavy sometimes. The strap needs a shoulder pad. And a bag that ends up bulky should have the quick adjustment feature that Timbuk2 messenger bags are known for. Some very minor complaints: I wish there were twice as many little inside pockets. The design and arrangement is perfect, just put two sets side by side along the top. The Velcro straps along the top shouldn't be attached in a way that wants to tear the edge binding open. They should maybe come from underneath. When they're being used to attach the bag to a rack, they'll always be pulling forward, not back.
