Comments about the Command Backpack
It's a nice bag, high quality, and I got compliments, even from my dad. On my first trip, I appreciated all the pockets--well designed and a big step up from my previous travel bag. But the other reviewers are right: there's something wrong about the pocket that's supposed to hold the water bottle. Even having been warned by those comments, I still lost my nice stainless steel water bottle on the first vacation, about 3 days into the trip. I won't drink from plastic bottles, so I had to waste time and $ shopping for a replacement water bottle mid-trip. I feel like I should be reimbursed from Timbuk2 for the cost of the replacement water bottle. And now, of course, I can't rely on that "feature," which had been one of the selling points. arg! Why is it so hard to buy a product that is well designed, all around?
